I've been gone a while. I started reading fanfiction to escape and I got sucked in an abyss.

I have no idea if someone else is hosting similar challenges. I just grabbed some of what I have hosted before.

Here's to a happy year of great reading
Jan2023: Not much has changed. Writing a fanfiction now O_o as well as reading but I bought 7 new books in December and hope to get those read soon. Crossing fingers about adding challenges (late!)

Time to Spring into Horror!

The Spring into Horror RaT started, for me, at 10 p.m. last night. Wish I had worked that out ahead of time, the last book I read for Dewey's RaT could have counted here too ;)

Now don't be alarmed by the word "horror", just read one scary-to-you book then you can read whatever you want!

There is still time to sign up, here, why don't you join us!

~Book Possibilities~
Town in a Blueberry Jam by B.B. Haywood (reading)

There is no way I'll be able to finish all of these but I'd like to read the top two plus one. Last night I was posting upstairs and was ready to start reading again but didn't want to continue the book I had started so I grabbed several books off the shelf and came downstairs. I just added to that pile for this week :D I ended up finishing the one I had started.

Nobody's Safe by Richard Steinberg - espionage, conspiracy
Ancient Awakening by Matthew Bryan Laube - horror, comedy, first in a trilogy
