The idea is to read more in 2011 than you did in 2011. Re-reads are okay! There are other guidelines/rules and different levels of "more" so check out the sign-up page and join us.
I've already joined a 100+ books in 2011 challenge, same as last year and 2009. The difference is that in 2009, I kept track of what books I read, on my blog. For 2010, I started to do the same thing but I've only listed 7 titles. I know I've read more than that but where did I write it down? There is no way I'm going to try to outdo myself with the numbers from 2009 (300+!) so for now I'm going to pretend I made the 100 titles and challenge myself to.....

Off to look for my paper record of books read in 2010!
