I've been gone a while. I started reading fanfiction to escape and I got sucked in an abyss.

I have no idea if someone else is hosting similar challenges. I just grabbed some of what I have hosted before.

Here's to a happy year of great reading
Jan2023: Not much has changed. Writing a fanfiction now O_o as well as reading but I bought 7 new books in December and hope to get those read soon. Crossing fingers about adding challenges (late!)

Mind Voyages

Nope, not going to do it. I said there were too many this year and I wanted to cut back for 2010. No way....I know your new and shiny....yes, I do love fantasy & science fiction....come on.... dang it. I can't resist. These challenges are going to drive me batty. But what fun I'll have along the way :-)

Science Fiction and Fantasy Reading Challenge
January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010

This challenges is hosted by Robin of My Two Blessings,
but has it's own blog.

The Rules are simple:

1. The challenge will run from January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010.

2. Participants may join at any time.

3. All forms of books are acceptable including e-books, audio books, etc.

4. Re-reads are acceptable as long as they are read after January 1, 2010.

5. Books may overlap other challenges.

6. Create an entry post linking to this blog.

7. You don't have to decide before hand what you will be reading.

8. Come back and sign up with Mr. Linky in the "I'm participating post" below this post.

9. You don't have a blog to participate.

10. I'll be adding a post with Mr. Linky for participants to post book reviews.

There are several levels of participation, Voyages, if you will. From a trip to the Moon to going all the way to Pluto with side trips through decades. I love how she's set this up. I have no idea what level I'm going for, I need to check out the lists. It's all there so you don't have to go searching for what book to read, you just need to narrow it down.

Come join me in this out of the world Voyage.
